Benita Mercer is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Benita is married to Harold Mercer and together they share three children. 

 

Benita spent several years working as a Senior Training and Documentation Analyst where she developed training material and trained professionals throughout North Carolina.  She has been in the real estate industry for six years.  Her real estate career started as an investor, and has expanded into the sales industry.  She now uses her corporate training skills to mentor and train others to invest in real estate.

Harold Mercer is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering.  He also has a MBA degree from Central Michigan University.  He is married to Benita Mercer and together they have three children.  He has been in the real estate business for several years.  He and his wife own several investment properties in the triad area.  Together they own Mercer Properties & Associates, LLC.
