Mercer Properties & Associates, LLC offers mentoring sessions to answer specific questions you may have about the investment process.  If you have purchased our DVD, "The Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing" and have proof of purchase (receipt), we offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation.  If you require additional time for a consultation, a session fee of $100/hour will apply.
