Returns You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returned items should be sent to Mercer Properties & Associates, LLC, P.O. Box 363, Jamestown, NC 27282. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of your return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping company(3-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it(3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). You will be notified via e-mail once we have received and processed your return. Shipping and Delivery All items purchased from our website will be shipped via Fed-Ex Ground. When your order is placed, an order summary will be sent via email detailing your estimated shipping and delivery dates. |
